Suspension for peppers from Spain into the United States lifted
12/15/2016 09:03 am
We are pleased to inform you that the U.S Department of Agriculture (USDA) has lifted the temporary import ban on peppers from Spain (Federal Order DA-2016-01) originally instated late last year. The lift (Federal Order DA-2016-73 ) comes after Spain implemented new safeguards to prevent future Medfly detections, correcting the reason for the original ban.
